Our company president, Bien Joson, will meet with you to discuss your needs and identify gaps in your practice that we can fill. We are committed to paying attention to the details and knowing how vital it is to use the correct ICD 10 and CPT codes with the applicable modifiers. Our staff is experienced in billing for a wide array of specialties and can get immediate training on any billing advances thanks to our educational resources at AAPC (American Association of Professional Coders).



Customer Service

Our corporate structure is such that we can operate as an extension of your office and give you the personal attention you need. You are assigned a personal Account Manager who will be charged with knowing every detail of your account. Our Account Managers are professional billers and coders who are capable of identifying areas in your billing where different codes and modifiers will produce greater revenue to your practice. Your Account Manager is always available by email or phone to answer your questions. We are providing you with domestic support 365 days a year.
